Who We Are

Eco Mongolia Travel was founded in 2024 by a passionate team of Mongolian guides and international conservation experts who witnessed firsthand the need for responsible tourism in Mongolia.

 

Our inspiration came from seeing how traditional mass tourism was impacting Mongolia's fragile ecosystems and nomadic communities. We wanted to create a different model - one that preserves Mongolia's pristine wilderness while providing authentic cultural experiences and supporting local livelihoods.

 

The company emerged from years of collaboration between local herder families, experienced guides, and sustainability advocates who shared a vision of tourism that gives back more than it takes.
